The information we post here is to educate you on our profession and understand "how we work". It's not intended to deter you from receiving services, but to give you informed consent as to why we are asking for health history, intake form, consent waiver, etc. We don't want to perceive as a "spa or salon" environment but as alterative healthcare that can increase your quality of life.
ONLINE Booking
Due to Covid-19, We are asking all new and existing customers to please book & pay with us online. By Appointment Only.
- Online Booking Hours are from 10 am - 9 pm.
- You have the option to re-schedule or cancel your appointment via app, text, or online.
- Contactless Payment options are: Square POS, SAMSUNG PAY, Apple Pay, Cash App, Google pay).
- No need to show up early or come in early.
- No penalties on cancelations.
- NO deposits on appointments.

Massagebook emails the form after you book an appointment. If you do not receive one after you book, check your spam or contact us via email or text. We will resend it.
Cancelation Policy
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour advance notice of any schedule changes or cancelation request.
Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without 24 hour notice; we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients.Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. Covid-19 Protocols Cleaning, Disinfecting, Safety
Mandatory before & after every session or client. Cleaning is getting the dirt out. Sanitizing is used in public health to get down to a certain level of bacteria- sometimes 95% is killed. Disinfection (Kills) Everything. That's we're we aim to go. We clean & disinfect everything using EPA Certified disinfectant.
Extra Precautions. Assessing all client health history, screening therapist's self-care status. We do not work SICK, or expect you to come in sick.
Cleaners & Disinfectants. Barbicide, Micro-Ban, Ship Shape are products we use to keep bacteria down and kill anything left behind. Spray Misters are used to disinfect surfaces, bottles, etc. Laundry is done everyday and cleaned with detergent, softener and sanitizer. Floors are mopped between every session and at the end of the day. All towels get washed with Clorox and detergent. Barrier Protection Cover is used between the sheets and table warmer.
Client Comfort.
Comphfy Linen and Blankets are used on our massage tables for your comfort. Himalayan Salt Stone Lamps are in every corner, withing furniture of the suite to keep air filtered and comfortable. we diffuse DoTERRA essential oils. Breast Pillow is available for clients who need it. Comfort Craft Electic Massage Table (Model 850)- a one of kind, unique bodywork table.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be Black Listed/Banned from using our services or booking. The Massage Therapist Practitioner has the right to Terminate client relationship at will at anytime. There is no negotiation if you get dismissed. This applies to Scammers, Groupon, Credit Card Fraud. We don't have the energy or time to deal with those who hurt business in this manner.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, or your are past 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule your appointment. We will not compromise cleaning, & disinfecting between clients. Our Health and Safety to the public as well as our employees are Top priority to us. In order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours, we have to keep to the time.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. In return we will do our best to be on time; and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.

No-Show's using an eGift Certificate will forfeit the amount given. This certificate cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. No CASH Value.
Face value of certificate in the currency identified on the certificate. When properly authorized, this certificate may be redeemed for goods and services at Intelligent Beauty & Body.

Gift certificate value is in currency identified on the gift certificate. The total value of the gift certificate must be redeemed at once. Any unused balance will be converted to credit. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
